...insta-alps...

...the alps took my heart!  We had the most incredible week and a half in the french alps at Avoriaz...the mountain is amazing...it's an endless playground that seems to go on forever!  Just when you reach the top of one peak there are more in the distance that you can't seem to resist...

We got a few solid days in of riding when we first arrived filled with sunshine, untracked snow, & minimal crowds....amazing!  After Christmas the mobs came in, but the sunshine, a bit of off piste riding & apres cocktails (vin chaud) kept us happy the rest of the week for sure.  A snow storm rolled in the day we were supposed to leave so of course we stayed!  We caught an extra day of powder which was epic....Here are a few instagram pics I took while we were up there...looking forward to going back real soon...x
